Qualified Personnel: Fireproof spraying protection for Xinguangzheng steel structures shall be carried out by specialized construction teams certified through training. Safety techniques and labor protection requirements during construction must comply with current national regulations.

Prerequisites: Fireproof coating construction may commence only after the steel structure is installed in position, connected components (such as hanging rods, catwalks, pipe racks, and other associated members) are installed, and all have passed inspection and acceptance.

Surface Preparation (Rust Removal & Treatment): Prior to construction, the steel surface must be derusted. Rust prevention treatment shall be determined based on usage requirements. Both derusting and rust prevention treatment must comply with the relevant provisions of the current "Construction and Acceptance Code for Steel Structure Projects".

Surface Cleaning & Gap Filling: Contaminants on the steel surface shall be thoroughly removed. Gaps at connections must be filled and leveled with fireproof coating or other fireproof materials before construction begins.

Construction Timing & Protection: Application of fireproof coatings should be conducted before interior decoration and under conditions where the coating will not be damaged by subsequent work. Areas and objects not requiring fire protection must be shielded during application. Newly applied coatings must be protected against contamination by dirty liquids and mechanical impact.

Environmental Conditions: During application and until the coating is dry and cured, the ambient temperature should be maintained between 5°C and 38°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 90%. Adequate air circulation is required. Construction should not proceed when wind speed exceeds 5 m/s, during rainy conditions, or when condensation forms on the component surfaces.
