The scale must be adjusted in accordance with the architectural drawings before drawing; otherwise, the dimensions and figures may be illegible in the final printed drawings.- Short Column Foundation CalculationThe vertical reaction force of a single pile must be greater than 0. This can be achieved by enlarging the pile cap size or reducing the pile cap height while satisfying the punching shear requirements.If the above condition cannot be met, the pile uplift resistance shall be calculated.
- Pile shaft bearing capacity and crack checking shall be conducted per Clause 5.8.7 of the Pile Foundation Code.
- Pile foundation bearing capacity shall be calculated per Clause 5.4.5 of the Pile Foundation Code.For Class A and B foundation design grades, the uplift capacity shall be determined through on-site uplift static load tests.
